Accessing Account Configuration Setup

  • Navigate to Main Menu → Setup Module

  • Open Setup Account Menu

  • Click on “Setup Configurations for Account Setup”


Creating Account Configurations

  • Enter Configuration Name(s)

  • Click Save

  • Multiple configurations can be created as per requirements


Defining Configuration Settings

  • Select a Configuration Name

  • Click on Set Configuration

  • Customize settings such as:

    • Field visibility

    • Editable fields

    • Restrictions (e.g., credit-related fields)


Assigning Configurations to Users

  • Navigate to Main Menu → User Access Module

  • Click on User Access Rights

  • Select the Desired User

Grant Configuration Access

  • Navigate using Left/Right Arrow Buttons

  • Locate Setup Account Configuration Option

  • Select required configuration(s)

  • Click Add

  • Click Grant Access


Effect of Configuration on Users

  • Log in with the assigned user account

  • Open Setup → New Account Window
