In this tutorial, you will learn how to configure different types of schemes in Logic ERP, including:
Item-wise schemes
Item group-wise schemes
Party + Item group-wise schemes
Party + Item-wise schemes
These schemes help businesses automate discounts and promotional offers based on predefined conditions.
1. Configure Item Wise Scheme
To begin:
Navigate to the Configuration Menu.
Click on Setup Item Wise Schemes.
This module allows you to define schemes at multiple levels.
Configure Item-Wise Scheme
Define a scheme for a specific item.
Select the item from here
Then choose its pack details
Enter: Start Date & End Date
Choose Scheme Basis:
Quantity-based
Value-based
Define Conditions:
Enter Minimum Quantity (if quantity-based)
Configure Slab Details:
Example:
Buy specific quantity → Get 5% Cash Discount
Click Save
Implement Item-Wise Scheme
Create a Sale Bill
Add the selected item
Save the bill
A scheme window will appear
Tick to apply the scheme
Result: 5% discount is applied successfully
2. Configure Item Group-Wise Scheme
Apply schemes to a group of items.
Setup:
Select Item Group (e.g., Jackets)
Define:
Date Range
Scheme Basis
Minimum Quantity / Value
Define Slabs:
Example:
Buy 2 items from the group
Get 10% Cash Discount
Save the scheme
Implement Item Group Scheme
Scenario:
Add 1 item → No scheme shown
Add 2 items → Scheme becomes available
Save the bill
A scheme window will appear
Tick to apply the scheme
Result: 10% discount is applied successfully
3. Configure Party + Item Group-Wise Scheme
This scheme applies when:
A specific customer purchases
Items belong to a selected brand/category/item
Define Party / Party Group
Here, you will have two methods to select a party
You can either select an individual party or choose a party group
For this tutorial, we will select a party name
Brand / Category / Item
Next, you will see options to select either a group or a company
For this tutorial, we will proceed by selecting a company
Define:
Date Range
Minimum Quantity
Scheme Basis
Example:
Buy 1 item from selected brand
For a specific customer
Get 40% Cash Discount
Save the scheme
Implement Party + Item Group-Wise Scheme
Select the same customer
Add item from the selected brand
Save the bill
A scheme window will appear
Tick to apply the scheme
Result: 40% discount applied successfully
4. Configure Party-Specific Item-Wise Scheme
This scheme applies when:
A specific customer buys
A specific item
Setup:
As we did earlier, here also you will select either a party or a party group
For this tutorial, we will again choose a Party
After that, select the item name
Then choose the item’s pack details
Define:
Date Range
Minimum Quantity / Value
Scheme Basis
Define Slabs:
Example:
Apply 25% Discount
Save the scheme
Implement Party-Specific Item Scheme
Create a Sale Bill
Select the specific customer
Add the selected item
Save the bill
Scheme window will appear

Result: 25% discount applied to the bill
