This tutorial explains how to set up and apply Upline Schemes (Scheme Campaigns) in Logic ERP. It demonstrates how to define scheme rules, configure slabs, and apply promotional offers automatically during billing — helping businesses boost sales and run effective promotional campaigns.


Objective of This Feature

  • Create promotional schemes and campaigns

  • Offer discounts or free items based on conditions

  • Automate scheme application during billing

  • Improve sales performance and customer engagement


Access Scheme Campaign Setup

  • Navigate to Main Menu → Setup Menu

  • Open Configuration Menu

  • Click on:

    • “Setup Scheme Campaigns”


Create a New Scheme Campaign

  • Enter:

    • Scheme Name

    • From Date & To Date

  • Click Save


Define Scheme Group

Group Allocation

  • Go to Group Allocation Tab

  • Select the Scheme Campaign

  • Enter Group Name

Select Scheme Type

  • Choose from available options:

    • Example: Company-wise Scheme

  • Click Save

Assign Scheme to Group

  • Open Scheme Group Section

  • Select the Company

  • Click Save


Configure Scheme Slabs

Access Slab Configuration

  • Go to Main Menu → Configuration Menu

  • Open Setup Scheme Campaign Slab Details

  • Select: Scheme Campaign

  • Enter: Minimum Quantity or Value

Set Scheme Basis

  • Choose: Quantity-based OR Value-based scheme

Define Scheme Campaing Detail

  • Slab Value

  • Scheme Type (e.g., Free Quantity)

  • Example:

    • Buy X → Get 1 Free Item

  • Click Save


Implement Scheme in Sales Bill

Create Sales Transaction

  • Open Sales Bill Window

  • Add items

System Prompt

  • On saving/printing:

    • Scheme selection window appears

  • Displays available discounts/schemes

Apply Scheme

  • Select the desired scheme

Result

  • Free item (usually lower value) is added

  • Highlighted in a different color


Final Billing Impact

  • Example:

    • Original Amount: ₹9,117

    • Scheme (Rs): ₹1,118

    • Final Amount: ₹8,218
