## How to Use Item-Wise Sale Rate Conversion Factors in Barcode Label Printing?

In this tutorial, we will learn how to use the **Sale Rate CF** option in Logic ERP's Barcode Label Printing module. This feature allows you to select the required **conversion factor and unit** based on which the Sale Rate is calculated and displayed on the barcode label.

***

### Open Barcode Label Printing Configuration

* Navigate to the **Barcode Label Printing** module.
* Open the **Configuration** section.
* Locate the labeled as:

> **"Sale Rate CF"**

<figure><img src="https://4031188996-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FXMVkjt8zqHBQX1c9QvFS%2Fuploads%2F0Mr1nzD6Xdm3fCDptORJ%2FCNF.png?alt=media&amp;token=32e9b8af-e95b-466b-9cd3-3aef9f8160c0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Available Parameters

The **"Sale Rate CF"** option provides multiple parameters that determine the conversion factor and unit used to calculate the Sale Rate on the barcode label.

The available parameters include:

* **Per Unit**
* **Item CF1**
* **Item CF2**
* **Item CF3**
* **Lot CF**

Let's explore each parameter one by one.

### Review Conversion Factors in Item Master

* Open the relevant **Item Master**.
* Review the defined **conversion factors**.
* These conversion factors determine how the Sale Rate is calculated and displayed on the barcode label based on the selected **Sale Rate CF**.

<figure><img src="https://4031188996-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FXMVkjt8zqHBQX1c9QvFS%2Fuploads%2FtrP8T3cBeqKcGfODeoT5%2FItem%20CF.png?alt=media&amp;token=01631e00-38c9-4c99-840b-82ba165f9403" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### System Behavior

The selected **Sale Rate CF** determines which conversion factor Logic ERP uses while calculating the Sale Rate displayed on the barcode label.

***

### Key Benefits

* **Flexible Rate Calculation:** Allows you to select different conversion factors for Sale Rate calculation.
* **Unit-Wise Pricing:** Supports Sale Rate calculation on a per-unit basis.
* **Item-Level Control:** Allows the use of Item CF1, CF2, and CF3.
* **Lot-Based Calculation:** Supports conversion factors defined at the lot level.
* **Accurate Label Pricing:** Ensures the Sale Rate displayed on the barcode label corresponds to the selected conversion factor.

#### Final Outcome

After configuring **"Sale Rate CF"**, Logic ERP calculates and displays the Sale Rate on barcode labels according to the selected conversion factor, such as **Per Unit, Item CF1, Item CF2, Item CF3, or Lot CF**. This provides greater flexibility and accuracy in displaying item rates on barcode labels.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://kb.logicerp.com/logic-erp-learning-hub-tutorials-and-best-practices/reports-queries/item-report/barcode-labels-printing/barcode-labels-printing-configuration/sale-rate-cf.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
