Understand the Default Behavior
Initiate a New Job Order entry.
Navigate to the Item Details section.
Open the Item Search window.
Result
By default, the search window displays items belonging to all Item Groups available in the software.
Access to the Job Order Configuration
Open the Configuration window.
Navigate to the Default Settings section.
Specify Item Groups for Filtering
Locate and enable the option labeled as:
"Specify Item Groups for Filter"
A list of available Item Groups will appear.
Select the required Group Level.
Choose the Item Group or Groups that should be available in the Item Search window.
Save the configuration changes.
Verify the Item Search
Initiate a New Job Order entry.
Navigate to the Item Details section.
