Navigate to Main Menu → Inventory Module
Open: “Edit Item / Lot Rates from Barcodes”
Click on “Import from File”.
Prepare Excel Sheet
Use Help Option
Click on Help Button
Review required columns
Mandatory Requirement
Barcode Column must be included
Import Excel Data
Click Browse and select the Excel file
Enable: “Overwrite Existing Rates” (if required)
Refresh and Load Data
Click Refresh
Result
Rates from Excel sheet are imported instantly
Click Save to finalize updates
