YouTube: How to Search by Lot Code Instead of Lot Number in Lot Search?
In this tutorial, we will learn how to use the Lot Code Search option during the billing process in Logic ERP.
Open the Sales Bills module.
Enter the customer's name and move to the Item Details section.
Proceed by transacting an item.
Once the item is entered, the Lot Search window appears.
The search dropdown provides two options:
Lot Number
Lot Code
These options help users quickly identify and select the correct stock during billing.
Select Lot Code from the search dropdown.
Enter the required lot code to search.
The system displays the matching lot.
Select the lot and continue with the transaction.
After completing the item transaction, save the sales bill successfully.
Open the Sales Report.
Use the Lot Code filter to view sales data for a specific lot.
