Review the Sales Return Challan
Navigate to the Sale Challan Return module
Open and review the Sales Return Challan to be converted
Verify item, quantity, and customer details before conversion
Open Conversion Module
Navigate to Convert Sales Return Challans to Sales Return
Select the appropriate Sales Return Series from the dropdown menu
Configure Sales Return Details
The Voucher Number and Date are auto generated by the system
Modify them if required
Select the applicable Tax Region
Choose the relevant Tax Form, based on the transaction type (if applicable)
Select the associated Agent or Broker, if required
Assign a Cost Center to the Sales Return, if needed
Select Challan and Convert
