How to Generate Continuous Printing for Bank Receipt Documents using Old Version Print Configuration

In this tutorial, you will learn how to print multiple bank receipt vouchers in one go using the Continuous Printing feature in Logic ERP. This helps save time and improves efficiency in bulk printing operations.


To Begin:

  • Go to the Accounts Module.

  • Expand the Continuous Printing Section.

  • Click on Bank Receipts.

  • This window allows you to select multiple bank receipt vouchers for printing.


Select Vouchers to Print

  • Choose the Bank Receipt Vouchers you want to print.

  • Click OK.

Selected vouchers are now ready for printing.


Start Continuous Printing

  • Click on Start Printing.

You will be prompted with an option:

  • Yes → View print preview before printing

  • No → Print directly without preview


If you select Yes:

  • A Print Preview Window will open.

  • You can:

    • Review each voucher before printing

    • Click on the Print Icon to print manually

Ideal when you want to verify documents before printing.


If you select No:

  • The system will:

    • Automatically print all selected vouchers

    • Skip individual previews

Ideal for bulk printing and faster processing.


Continuous Printing Flow

  • Vouchers are printed sequentially

  • No need to manually open each document

Ensures a smooth and uninterrupted printing process
