How to Generate Sale Report – Mobile/ IMEI Serial Number wise?

In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to configure the Sale Report to include detailed IMEI or Serial Number information for each sale transaction.

Open and Create a New Configuration

• From the Main Menu, navigate to the Reports & Queries section.

• Click on Sale Registers.

• Open Sale Register – Mobile Serial Number Wise Sale Report.

• Click on Configuration to create a new report setup.

• Assign a suitable configuration name for easy identification.

Define Report Settings

• Enable necessary options such as:

  • Bill Wise Total

  • Grand Total

• Under Report Options, set:

  • Report Type → Sale

  • Report Order → Date + Bill Wise

Save and Generate the Report

• Click Save Configuration to store your setup.

• From the list of saved configurations, select the one you just created.

• Click Create Report to generate the output.

Customize Report Columns

• Open Setup Column Attributes.

• Unselect all unnecessary columns.

• Select only the required columns, such as:

  • Bill Date

  • Bill Number

  • Serial Number / IMEI

  • Item Details

• Use the Arrow Keys to rearrange the column order as needed.

• Save the changes once the column setup is finalized.

Refresh and View the Report

• Press F2 to refresh and regenerate the report.

• The system will now display a detailed Sale Report with complete IMEI or Serial Number information for each transaction.
