Accessing Reports and Configuration
Open the Production Module.
Navigate to Production\Production Reports/Queries\Production Finished Goods Reports and then select "Stock Report - Stock Status + Production WIP Report".
Click Configuration to create a new report setup.
Enter a suitable Report Configuration Name.
Configuring Report Options
Report Totals
Enable Report Totals based on available parameters.
These totals help display summarized values at the end of each section for quick analysis.
Report Order
Use the Report Order option to define the sequence in which data should appear.
Rearrange the order using the directional buttons provided.
Item Consolidation

Use the bottom Checkbox Options to refine and customize the report output further based on your specific reporting needs.
Saving and Generating the Report
Once all options are configured, click Save to store your report setup.
Click Create to generate the report.
Customizing Report Columns
Open Setup Column Attributes.
Click Unselect All, then select only the columns you want displayed in the report.
Rearrange the column order using the arrow buttons.
Save the changes and press F2 to refresh the report.
The report will now reflect the updated column settings.
